Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Launchbot (the “Service”), an automated bot account on X (Twitter) that deploys tokens to the Base blockchain via the third-party Flaunch protocol on behalf of users who mention the bot. By interacting with the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service does

When you mention @Launchbot_ggon X with a token name, symbol, and an attached image, the Service parses your tweet, uploads the image to IPFS, and submits a token-creation request to the Flaunch protocol on the Base network. Flaunch provisions a custodial wallet associated with your X handle through its Privy integration; that wallet, and the resulting token, are governed by Flaunch's own terms.

2. No financial advice, no warranty

The Service is provided “as is.” Nothing the bot posts is financial, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency tokens are volatile and may lose all value. The operators of Launchbot do not guarantee that any token will have value, liquidity, or buyers, and accept no liability for losses incurred from trading or holding tokens launched through the Service.

3. Fees

The Service does not charge a direct fee to launch a token. Flaunch charges a 1% fee on every on-chain swap of each token, paid in ETH. Of that fee, 80% flows to the creator (and any X handles they tagged in the launch tweet, split evenly), and 20% flows to the Launchbot operator's revenue manager to cover infrastructure costs. These percentages may change with notice on this page.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • launch tokens that impersonate brands, people, or projects;
  • launch tokens with illegal, hateful, sexual, or violent content;
  • spam the bot or attempt to circumvent rate limits or dedupe controls;
  • launch tokens with intent to defraud buyers (e.g. rug pulls).

We reserve the right to refuse any request, delete replies, block accounts, and decline to process launches at our discretion.

5. Third parties

The Service depends on third parties: X (for input/output), Flaunch and Uniswap V4 (for on-chain deployment and trading), and various infrastructure providers. We do not control any of these systems and are not responsible for outages, fees, or policy changes imposed by them.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Service at any time without notice. On-chain tokens already deployed remain on-chain and continue to exist independently of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
